What are your business hours?

How do I pay for a monthly water change?

We do not have a recurring monthly payment for water changes.
Where is your main office?

Because we are a service call company, we do not have a main office for customers.
We do have a customer service department that can address most of your questions and concerns.
Can I get a full refund?

Trip Charges are Non-Refundable
There is no refund for our service call.
Do you sell used parts for all spas?

We do not sell used parts. We warranty only the parts we install.

What is your return policy for spa parts?

We Warranty all defected by the manufacturer.
Will you put on a part that I purchase elsewhere?

We install only the parts that we can guarantee with our manufacture warranty.
Do you have any branches across the America?

Spa Doctor of Las Vegas serves surrounding areas of Las Vegas.
Should I empty or fill the spa before you arrive?

You will need to have the spa filled before we come out on the service call. Unless there is a major leak that your spa cannot retain the water.

If we have to refill it that will take the time away from the initial service call fee.
